Knowledge Development

  • Class #1.  This will be your introduction to Scuba. You will learn the very basics of how to breathe, operate your scuba gear, and generally how to survive underwater.
  • Class #2.  You will be required to have completed chapters 1 through 3 in your eLearning.
  • Class #3.  You will be required to have completed your eLearning, including the online final exam. Please print a copy of your results of your course, fill out the information on that paper and provide a copy to Aqua-Nuts Diving.

A piece of cake! If your homework is done before the class!
Skill Development

Confined Water Training will cover the skills you need to pass your Open Water Testing. During this training you will learn how the equipment works, how to use it and maintain scuba equipment. You will be shown skills that will help you to stay comfortable, be safe, and have fun. This class you will also teach you how to avoid emergency situations and what to do if presented with one.

All this will strengthen your confidence in your new found skills!

Open Water Testing will start with a nice, fun dive! Just to help you get your “sea legs/lake legs” and to demonstrate what you learned in the confined water portion. For the remaining 3 dives you will get to "show off” what you learned in confined water!  No big deal, just a lot of fun!

Then, Congratulations, you are a Scuba Diver!
